Mixed results
My wife and I have used the app for a few years now. Up till this year has been good. This year however very poor. We were flying back out to the UK at 7 in the morning and had booked the taxi in advance for 5am. When we got up that morning we received a message saying they had cancelled our taxi. My wife tried to book another, I tried to book one. All the time response came back “no taxis available” it was chucking it down with rain, we had to walk a mile towards the main road and eventually managed to get an Uber at twice the cost.

Useless app
If I could give this app zero stars I would. At the end of our vacation in Málaga I placed an order for a taxi to the airport for 3:15 AM. The taxi never showed up, and when I checked the app, it did not show that I had any trip on order, even though I know perfectly well that two days before I did.
I tried placing an immediate order, and the app said it was searching for a nearby taxi, which it continued to show for several minutes. By this time, we were in a panic. We finally gave up and tried hailing a taxi - try that at 3:30 in the morning on a quiet street. One finally picked us up.
Today I tried sending a message to the company on their web site, and it said that my CAPTCHA was in error and would not send (I hate those stupid CAPTHAs with the pictures). Totally useless.
