Hopeless
Customer service rarely answer and their cancellations policy should be illegal it’s so unfair - read the terms and conditions! They rarely if ever read the notes to a booking and drivers sometimes don’t accept the ride.

Don’t bother with this app ! All you get is it needs updating, but when you try all you get is no updates available .
Needs updating to iOS 10
Open the app and it says needs developer to update app.
