Avoid this taxi firm at all costs. The service I received was completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and even swore at me during phone calls — which I have recorded. I was lied to multiple times and then blocked when I tried to follow up on my issue.
This is not how a business should treat paying customers. Disgraceful conduct with zero accountability. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities.
