Updating the app
This is hopeless, the app won’t update and keeps timing out. Please fix the problem
No security
Fake charges showed up several weeks ago, while I’d not been in UK for 2+ years. Even worse, app won’t let me delete my abused account!
Do not get this App
I have been trying to open this app now for several weeks, and every time it tells me I need to update it. There is no update in the App Store, and still cannot open it. Worst thing is, I got charged £144 but I had not used the app! This is a con. Apple, do something!
Scammers!
Stole over £100 from my credit card despite me not using them for over a year. Website and app now fail to load so I can't contact them.
Scammers Stealing Money
Got a charged £140.60 after downloading the app 9 months ago. I had deleted the app, now I’ve re-download it to try and see what the charge is for and the app won’t open because there are “updates available” (there us no update to download). DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE THEY ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE

£400 has just been taken from my bank account. I have reported this to Apple.
Got charged when I didn’t use
App charged me 1 year after signing up for 140 pounds and then grid again for 200 but luckily I had blocked my card.
Fraud charges made 6 mo after my trip
Tried to download to delete my account and app is in infinite loop of saying it needs an update and will never open. DO NOT USE THIS APP

No idea if this is a good app or not as on the latest update and the app doesn’t open
Let Down
Used app for hospital appointment for relative. A driver engaged 5 days before. I thought good but they didn’t respond to my messages. Then on the day they didn’t turn up or respond to messages.?then the app froze so unable to report or log. Rubbish Service!
Impossible to contact
It is impossible to make contact with this company. They will not be in business long as they have zero customer service. Shame as this could be a very good app. Tried to reinstate my account but they do not respond.
One of the worst apps I’ve used
Doesn’t attract drivers, waited over 10mins before cancelling. No Apple Pay integration or single sign on. Takes forever to load and really poor U.I.
Disappointing
Tried this app once. My request was accepted but when i called the taxi driver as requested he told me he was at home and had accepted our ride by mistake. So stranded in the taxi desert called central London again. Unacceptable. Don’t use.
Canceled
5 minutes eta to pick us up and he canceled, then the app had the audacity to try to charge me 5 pounds. Guess Uber is going to get my business instead.
Absolutely useless app.
I wanted to stay loyal to the black cab drivers, but out of 12 different attempts to book rides using the app, only once did it yield a cab… who cancelled one minute later.
I even tried booking a ride to the station in the morning and that was ignored as well.
Not sure what the point of the app is if you can’t actually book a cab but it should be removed from the App Store.

No driver and hefty cancellation charge!
I rebooked the trip. Five minutes pass, no one turned up. I called the driver as well as texting and no answer. I had to cancel the trip as I’m running late and have to find the alternative. Got charge £9 for that.
Never again. Stick to the competitors - Freenow, Uber, Bolt. Very unprofessional and feels like a scam.

Poor
Tried to use but repeatedly fails to load the route. Loaded route and price only 1 in 10 attempts.

Whenever I attempted to order a taxi using the app none were available! Have deleted my account and will only use the more reliable apps available.
Excellent and no corporate leeches
We needed a cab from our VRBO and the app allowed us to book one ahead. No surge pricing and owned by the drivers so they are not paying fees to uberlords! Regular trained London cabbie that didn’t need an app to find the route!
