Fraudulent taxi app (DO NOT USE)
So I downloaded this app by ”Co-op cabs“ (one of Toronto, Ontarios WORST TAXI SERVICES) and ordered a cab through this "app" of this crappy company…
…As soon as they cabs picked me up, mid-way through the ride I was told to input my credit card info (WHY SHOULD WE PUT CREDIT CARD INFO IF THE RIDES ARE POST-PAID/pay after trip)…
…So i input my credit card info and when the trip was complete, the taxi driver by the name of MARTIN ASANTE

…So i input my credit card info and when the trip was complete, the taxi driver by the name of MARTIN ASANTE (bald, black African guy in his late 50s) YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME TO PAY…
…I told him that the money was already debited from my bank account and that there was no need to pay him…
…He then lies to me and tells me that he "didn’t get paid"…
…So we waited like HALF AN HOUR TO TALK WITH DISPATCH but his "supervisor" then told me that "the app doesn’t accept payments yet"…
…So I had to e-transfer/cashapp this thief $60 CAD instead of the METERED RATE (yes it goes by the PHYSICAL METER IN THE CAR AND NOT THROUGH A GUARANTEED PRICE like those other ride apps)…
…So PLEASE AVAOID USING THIS APP AT ALL COSTS AND COMPLAIN TO THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS ABOUT THESE GUYS

Garbage!!!! Not working
After entering phone numbers and clicked continue, it said Unknown Error, then stop!!! Can’t move forward or go back. I’ve to delete the app to exit!!! Garbage!

If I could, I would give it negative stars. The app doesn’t work for me at all and the company doesn’t care about its customers. When you call their drivers, they don’t pick up. The waiting time is more than any other taxi company. What else would u like to know? If it continues like this then Uber would be a monopoly.

This app just doesn’t work
Unable to create an account
Very poor set up. When I tried to set up an account and put my info in, I received a confirmation code. Once I put in the code, the screen keyboard would not move to access the confirm button. I tried to set up an account again, but was told my phone # was already in use. Thinking the account set up had gone through, I tried to login but the app didn’t recognize my email and password. So I can’t set up an account as my phone number is already being used but my login info doesn’t exist. No wonder people use Uber.

Useless and deleted
What’s the point of making an app that doesn’t work at all?! I couldn’t even complete the registration coz it didn’t send me a confirmation code.
Drivers need support
The app itself is great, but the five times I’ve used this the drivers hadn’t used it before and weren’t sure how to handle it. On 4 out of 5 uses of the app, I’m asked to sign either a blank slip, or the amount shown on the meter which is always higher than the app stated. The receipts I receive via email never match the meter and I’m unsure what amount is being charged to my card, or if an additional charge will appear on my card later when the slip I signed gets processed.

Can't use
When i create account and get text code to activate it takes me back to sign in screen.... Can't actually activate in order to use this app.. QA didn't do a very good job here.
It would be great if the drivers knew how it worked
I’ve used this app about 10 times in the last 6 months - only 4 of the 10 drivers understood that the fare and tip was being charged directly to my credit card - some of the guys were just pleasantly clueless and called the dispatcher and got things cleared up but some were almost hostile - like they thought I was trying to rip them off - the Taxi company needs to make a much bigger effort in educating their drivers

App won’t even download
I’m in a continuous loop between entering the code and be thrown into register again. Waste of time.
Wanted to love it.....
Strange app. So, you enter in your destination, similar to using Uber, but your cab driver doesn’t receive this info. Last cab driver I had, I had to look up the address again in my phone, plus search for directions on my phone to give him.... would’ve been easier to have used an Uber where they have the info automatically and don’t waste so much time.

Best cab experience
Just visited in Toronto ,used this Co Op taxi app and found it very helpful. The taxi drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and provided very good customer service. Overall nice experience and I highly recommend to use this taxi service.
Who knows if it works?
When the drivers ignore the dispatches from the app. Ended up using Uber to get my taxi.
Problems with Address
The app is fine overall but the "specify address" field doesn't work. If the app determines that I'm between 1 and 15 Fake Street, it will always send the driver to 1, even if I specify that I am at 14.
Simple, effective, amazing app.
Definitely one of the better cab apps on the market. Unlike other cab apps this one requires almost no setup.
