Keine Alternative zu Uber
Leider kann man die App nur nutzen, wenn man fließend spanisch spricht. Ich verstehe ja, dass man kein Fan von Uber und Bolt ist, aber so holt man leider nicht die richtigen Kunden ab. Englisch wäre schon ne wichtige Grundeinstellung, wenn man Touristen befördern möchte. Sonst muss man sich nicht wundern, dass die Hauptnutzer bei der Konkurrenz bleiben.

The taxi scheduled for 7:00 am to take my wife to the hospital arrived at 7:38. We were already in the Hospital when we received the message that the taxi arrived. App deleted.

This is the WORST taxi app l have ever used.
App didn’t work well for me
The app seemed pretty simple to navigate and schedule a taxi, though after using it I found trouble with the following things:
1. Booking a taxi with your card isn’t an option, it only says cash, though the drivers allow for card.
2. The taxi locator didn’t work, it said it was finding a taxi but never did (I just grabbed a ride at the local Taxi station [Taxi Sitges.])
Overall, I think this app has an easy to navigate interface but it doesn’t work properly (in my experience within Sitges, Spain,) and it may be quicker and simpler to just go to the station and wait for a cab.
