The taxi scheduled for 7:00 am to take my wife to the hospital arrived at 7:38. We were already in the Hospital when we received the message that the taxi arrived. App deleted.

This is the WORST taxi app l have ever used.
App didn’t work well for me
The app seemed pretty simple to navigate and schedule a taxi, though after using it I found trouble with the following things:
1. Booking a taxi with your card isn’t an option, it only says cash, though the drivers allow for card.
2. The taxi locator didn’t work, it said it was finding a taxi but never did (I just grabbed a ride at the local Taxi station [Taxi Sitges.])
Overall, I think this app has an easy to navigate interface but it doesn’t work properly (in my experience within Sitges, Spain,) and it may be quicker and simpler to just go to the station and wait for a cab.

Imposible entrar tarjeta de crédito
He probado con dos tarjetas de crédito y no se guardan, lo que es peor, no muestra ningún mensaje explicando si la operación ha sido procesada. Mala integración con el banco que acepta la tarjeta, parece un parche que da poca credibilidad. Tampoco te guía apropiadamente después de confirmar el email, hay que reiniciar la app y recibo un mensaje que para cambiar el idioma tengo que volver a reiniciar la app (pero en ningún caso he intentado cambiar el idioma).
Cuesta de creer que estos errores tan básicos no sean identificados por el equipo de control de calidad de la aplicación, -a menos que sea una aplicación creada a toda prisa por un desarrollador en un sótano lúgubre-
Estoy seguro que crear una aplicación como esta para competir en un mercado tan exigente no es fácil pero vale más lanzarla cuando está totalmente probado que funciona que lanzarla a medias y arriesgarse a tener decenas de reseñas de una Estrella como ésta.
