3 fois cette compagnie m’a fait rater un train ou un avion alors que j’avais réservé. Deux fois en ne présentant pas de taxi sans prévenir. Une fois en chargeant une autre personne que moi!! Le chauffeur n’a pas vérifié l’identité de la personne à prendre. 2 autres fois le taxi m’attendait à une autre adresse. À éviter !!

I booked reservation and was overcharged on my credit card. The reservation policies weren’t clear as well and was scared to cancel since the terms and conditions listed a lot of fees.

Facile à utiliser, et on voit les voitures arriver. Seul bémol, ça devient un peu compliqué si on essaie d’annuler et de réencoder une nouvelle course. Et les chauffeurs sont aimables et sympathiques.

App can be tricky, as easy to mistakenly cancel booking or even book more than once for same trip. Taxi vert is good and reliable and reasonably priced

The app regularly sends advertising notifications for which I did not give my consent! RGPD anyone ? No way to suppress these (unless I stop all notifications from the app at phone level)

Booking made today lost from app
I made a booking around 10:45 Brussels time today 1st of June .
I got a confirmation that the taxi will be in the airport on 1 st June at 22:40.
But when I landed the reservation was lost!

Attention, tout est correct SAUF LE PRIX ANNONCÉ… j’ai réservé une course à 36€, ils m’ont finalement facturé 54,5€! L’argent étant débité et leur service refusant soit de répondre, soit après de multiples relances de revoir les causes de ce supplément, j’ai perdu presque 20€ dans l’histoire… je vous déconseille.

Impossible to log in
Downloaded the app for first time. Trying to log in but you need a password. No where option to create one. So pushed forgot password and then an sms with code is sent ( always same code) but 2 numbers missing!!!! So cannot even start the app!

When you pre book a taxi, it is not a guarantee that it will come! We experienced it and had to rush with our own car to the airport not to miss the flight! Scandalous.

I cancelled a trip, showed as cancelled, yet, the driver went to the location, and I was still charged. Beware and stay away of this, just use car sharing apps instead.
