Horrible “Customer Service”
We ordered a cab for a specific time and told the operator several times where we were when they called. They ignored the exact spot I mentioned and told us several times a cab was waiting. We were outside the whole time and no one showed up after 30 minutes. When we determined a separate familiar, point to meet where we were all comfortable, there was no cab waiting. One lady I spoke with when I called was nice and tried to be helpful, but the other was very rude and hung up on me more than once. We ended up finding another cab on our own because of this horrible service. They kept calling to arrange a new cab but I told them we’d had to catch a different cab because we were already very late. She said “that’s not right” and then said we couldn’t get a refund. When I asked for a half refund, she hung up on me. I strongly recommend never using this service.
