Scam !

The coupon is great and all but a few times I called for a ride the app automatically upgrades my ride to a more expensive one saying “ free of charge” but it’s NEVER free!!!
I always end up paying twice the amount of the original ride I ordered. If you don’t want ppl calling for a cheaper ride then don’t put the option there instead of tricking customers!
