Old app worked great. New app not so much

The old app worked fine. We updated to the new app and it has been hot garbage since day 1. Constantly logs me out on my phone. I have to re-set up the system anytime I want to access my router and device permissions. Commands from the app to the router only work half the time. Router has devices we know are connected but are not listed on the device registry.
