Bug fix

User reviews

Useless. Can’t log in

I’ve provided this feedback multiple times but no response. I can log into the website but can’t log into the app with the same credentials.

Frustrating Experience

I’ve been locked out of my account. I tried to reset my password, but no email has come through and it’s been over 24hrs. I have a parcel waiting and I’d like to be able to access my account. I also tried to ring the number on their website but the number doesn’t even work. This whole thing is stupid, I like the concept but I am incredibly frustrated. I’d like my parcel because it’s a replacement fidget toy that I bought for my friend to replace the one I accidentally broke. Something like this shouldn’t be causing this much frustration. How hard is it to send an email when I click forgot password? They even had a pop up saying that the instructions to change my password had been sent to my email, but no email has arrived.

Great system and concept

But the app is horrendous. Logs me out constantly, even thou I’ve registered it tells me I need to sign on to continue using the service (which only works if I’ve signed up for the service…). To top it off, can’t log in anymore after one parcel delivery

Poor App

App constantly shows white screen. Doesn’t work even with full 5G, have to go to my apartment and use WiFi and even then it hardly works. I’ve had to delete and reinstall it multiple times for each delivery. I will be unsubscribing from the system and would rather go and collect from a post office. Also the fact that I have to provide a unique nickname to leave a review is ridiculous.

I’d give 0 system allows

My building management forces us to use this app for parcel collection.they don’t sent you code directly via message or email. You have to log in to app and then find the code, while the password is always wrong. I tried to reset the password and it takes me 30 minutes to wait ema come. Then you need to do a complex process to reset the password to log in. I have no choices otherwise will definitely delete this trash.
