Worst software I’ve ever used.
I entered my information for jury duty 3 times on your web site and when submitting it got errors every time. Then I downloaded your application and a list of questions appeared with no way to answer them. Plus when you logon it says enter your Juror ID but on the letter it says Juror Service Number? And when you enter Juror ID and Zip Code, it blanks it out with * as you enter it, so you can’t see if you entered it correctly. This whole thing is very frustrating. I guess I’ll have to phone your office tomorrow. I must have wasted an hour trying to fill out your user unfriendly software. Plus for us older people, it would be better off if you just sent us a paper form to fill out and return, instead of offering us defective online forms on your website and a bad application.
