Tazuz: Push-Up App Blocker

Feel like your phone scrolls you, not the other way around? Tazuz locks the apps that eat your day and opens them only after you earn it: do push-ups in front of your camera, get minutes. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps to lock: social, short video, anything that steals your time. 2. They stay locked. Try to open one and a shield screen sends you straight to a quick workout. 3. Do push-ups. The camera counts every full rep, and by default one push-up = two minutes. 4. Choose how many minutes to unlock. When time is up, everything locks again. WHY IT WORKS - Move first, scroll later. The habit flips. - You set the exchange rate: how many minutes each push-up is worth. - Counting happens on your iPhone. No video is saved or sent. No accounts, no ads. - Only the apps you pick get locked. Everything else, like maps and payments, stays open. INSIDE - Automatic push-up counting with your camera, no equipment - Daily streak, stats and weekly progress - Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets - Emergency unlock, so you never get stuck when it really matters Tazuz is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor or qualified trainer.
