Quality Banking App
I have been using this app for about 8 years, no complaints, although, I wish they would add more secure 2 factor authentication options then just text and email.
Honest opinion about the TBA app
Awesome app! The credit union’s app is constantly evolving and adding new convenient features to the app in an easy layout. You almost never have to visit the actual credit union because you can do almost all of your banking online, and if you ever have trouble with the app and call them for help you are greeted in almost no time with extremely helpful HUMANS!

Horrible service
They want you to create a "secure password" and limit you to 8-10 characters. Also when you want to create a username you can't use your name. Instead they just use your account number which obviously is a lot more secure than your name. If I would have know this when getting an account here I don't know if I would have opened one.

Crashes
It worked great at first but now the app will close out when I am trying to deposit a check 😞.
Could be great
So disappointing the mobile deposit hasn't worked for me in months! I've tried it on two iPhones and an iPad, it takes forever to send then says it cannot be be deposited and to try again. Very frustrating that my cannot keep up with current technology as this is a feature that's been around for years with other banks. Please fix!!

Not worth it
This app is simply more trouble than it's worth. It is overly protected with security measures. In order to see your balance you must first put in your account number. Ok. Then a password, THEN a security question. If you get any of these wrong after three times it locks you out. So I go to my local branch to get back in. They give me instructions to do so. NOW it tells me I have to log in at a whole different website to get access??? It's easier to go to my bank and get a bank statement then to deal with this app. Your customer should be able to log in with one password. This is suppose to be about convenience guys.
