Comprehensive App
Loving how detailed this app is. All the information that you need for your successful health a fitness journey at your fingertips. From food to training and much more. With regular updates and reactive team to answer all your questions it certainly works for me. Recommended.

Things I love:
•for each workout there is a video of every exercise which saves me from Googling mid workout
•the option to use the app to time rest between sets (if you don’t have a watch)
•the option to rearrange workout days
•the recipe bank
Things I would love to see:
•the option to mark a workout complete without having to push the rest button for each set (I use my watch instead of the in-app timer)
•the ability to see the weekly meal plan in advance instead of day-by-day (to allow grocery shopping and meal prepping)
•the ability to go back to a previous days food log to make adjustments (if necessary)
•the option to modify body metrics and weight loss/gain goals in app
•the option to manually input steps or the ability of the app to communicate with other apps (aside from the Health app)

Quality App
I’ve been following Tom for years now but he’s trallly expensive as a coach… so really happy when I heard he had brought his app out… I am 2weeks into his Glute Masterclass 8week challenge and loving it!! Can already see progress which is nuts! The app is simple to use and love all the other features. The food is really good too and being able to track my own macros using the In App software is is super helpful!
