Very bad service

I purchased a 15 months plan. It comes with one tv and I should be able to watch it from the phone . I downloaded the apps following the instructions from the TBOX customer service. I was able to watch it from the phone only for one day. Now when I try to watch something using my phone it says something went wrong. First I thought I might need to update the app but there was no update available. Really waste of money.
