This app is terrible. The desktop application is great and it’s sad TC2000 won’t put forth the effort to bring their app into the future!
What is the point of this app?
Excellent software on my PC, the app, however, is simply useless. Uninstalled it.

This App is horrible
If only my money didn’t depend on the data for this nonsense I would not even be writing this review. The app’s only purpose for me is to see the shape of candles, other than that I need to rely on TradeView for various indicators like moving averages and volume I have setup on my desktop version from this app.
Its wild how outdated this app feels and how much better it could be. Please please please, hire someone who knows what they are doing and add more features. I am a paying monthly customer!

Unable to execute trades
The app is as basic as it gets. Compared to competitors it is grossly lacking. The worst part is you can’t use it to execute trades on the go.
Garbage App
Does not work with Parallels. Will not allow password to be inputted. Total junk ripoff. Promised updates have not been done. It’s actually gotten worse. Too bad TC2000 has gone so far downhill.
Good data but horrible user experience
No update in 4 years? With how expensive this service is one would think they could get off their butts and create a real interface for Mac and mobile users. Look how nice and easy RobinHood is. This service should be 1/4 of what they charge since you need to use Parallels to even access it.
Web version is great. App, not so good.
I rely on the web version to watch for market trends. Even though I don’t trade on this service, I like the ample space, different time ranges, views and drawing functions. But the app version is a disappointment. It is very basic. It doesn’t use the screen format wisely. It’s slow to switch from vertical to horizontal and vv. It doesn’t zoom in or out… let’s just say it is just doesn’t seem made for my device’s screen and it does offer the most useful tools. It’s mostly just to look at.

Desktop Good, Mobile Bad
The desktop version is great with lots of features. The mobile version is about as basic as it comes. There are other mobile options that are free that are much better. Also, the mobile app keeps telling me that I’m signed on somewhere else, but my desktop at home is shut down, so it makes the mobile version useless to me. Very annoying. I guess it’s back to thinkorswim for my mobile app.

Doesn’t save settings
I set up my chart with about 7 different indicators, but once you close out the app and open it later, none of them will be saved. 20 minutes wasted, every time yo use it.
Can’t even get past the login page
I dl’d this app with little expectation, it lived up to that at least. As soon as it asks for your email, I provide the one I have an account with that I pay for, it says it’s an invalid email. I triple check and try again, again, same error. I try another, same thing. Deleted immediately.
Just doesn’t work
Tried using as instructed for TC2000. No pop up keyboard. Doesn’t allow entry of password. BTW, password is entered in default settings. Like I said - just doesn’t work.
So Annoyingly Elementary!
Downloaded this app hoping that I could use good features on my phone on the go, I am already a TC2000 user and pay $$$ membership, but I realized that this app is SO ANNOYINGLY ELEMENTARY!! Even free apps like Yahoo finance would work better than this! What a shame for the developers!
Doesn’t work for mobile
This app does not work for mobile from my iPad. The only time I got it to work was once I deleted the app and renown loaded it. After that it wont work again.
Disappointed
I am paying 15 a month for the paid desktop version, which i LOVE. and this is what they offer for mobile? 0 indicators, with limited candlestick vi, prices are unclear on graph.. I pray to God that this app gets updated soon.
Sad Effort
It would be better to offer no app than to offer this app. Compared to the excellent desktop software, this app is nowhere near adequate. Why?

How much did I pay for this subscription to log in through a parallels client and lose functionality. Look elsewhere before purchasing a subscription.
Pathetic
If there’s less than one star I would give this app 0 star or less. This is a pathetic app. When your customers pay for the desktop service you should at least have a decent app that works.
