Bare bones app, needs more
No details on anything… no interest rate, payoff amount, payment breakdown, etc. the only thing you get is account balance and a list of payments. With even a touch of effort from their app designer, this could be a great tool.

Too many logins
My family have accounts with TCAFCU, to access each of the account and perform and transactions, one must log into that specific account, so if we have 3 different accounts although we are co-owners, we need to log into each account to perform any transactions vs logging into tri county and have all the accounts accessible and the ability to perform transactions on the accounts we are owners on.

Just like their technology for banking this app is complete garbage. Doesn’t work force close with the last iOS update.

Would help if when your site is down you say the service is currently unavailable, instead of telling me I have an incorrect username or password! Your banking always seems to be down when it's needed the most! Routine maintenance maybe should be done in the middle of the night.

Tried to deposit a check. Signed and endorsed with proper wording. It was rejected and I was told it was blank on the back. That was not the case. Account information is accurate. I have not used billpay. I will stick to the website.

Love the app. Had to create a new username since the app is new which was no big deal. Can get my balances with just my fingerprint scan. Easy to use and very convenient!
