Love the app. Easy to use with all the right features. Would love to see Zelle added on, but other than that, it’s great!!
Down home
You can’t customer service like this from the mega banks. These guys have.all the conveniences of the big banks with down home customer service!

Problems
Doesn’t matter what we try to do this institution has become very difficult. It is very frustrating and wasn’t like this in the past. We have been excellent customers for 17 years and get questioned for every transaction we try to do. We are not the problem. It’s our money. We are tired of this.

Way too hard to find the avenue to sign out. It should be front and center.

This wasn’t a good change.
Issues
Every time I try to deposit a check it get rejected at least one time. It tells me the amount entered doesn’t match the check or it is not endorsed when everything it correct
Great New App!!
Been banking with The Citizens Bank for a decade now and they have always been awesome but this new app for online banking is amazing and so easy to use. If you haven’t updated yet I’d wholly advise to hurry and update. It’s super easy and informative.

The app is great but..
The app itself is fine i love the new features but to access it i am having to go through the App Store instead of having it installed on my phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling which was a BIG mistake bc that just made it harder to find the app. It WAS saying to update the app every time i went to open it before and today it isn’t even doing that. So i have had to go through the App Store every time i want to look at my account. Idk what else to do.

Debit card
Doesn’t let you lock and unlock your debit card . Have to call the bank and let them do it
Remote Deposit Problems
The Remote deposit function doesn’t always recognize that the box is checked for remote deposit. Usually it takes 3-4 times to get it to go through. Need to work on improving that function.
