The old app was great
This app has made keeping track of your finances almost impossible. I need to use the app daily and the old app was great, it was the reason we switched to this bank. Unfortunately it has become such a hassle to use that we will be moving all of our accounts to our other bank.
Worst banking app
This is the worst banking app I’ve seen. Hard to log in, freezes, unnecessarily complicated and it doesn’t do anything the old app didn’t do before they updated. There are a lot of times, including while I’m writing this review, that I can’t even log in at all.
Autobooks For Small Businesses
Love the ability to accept cards using my iPhone!! So easy and worked great for an auction held for anfund raising event.
Garbage
This app is complete garbage. Constantly randomly signing me out for no apparent reason, I have to constantly put my password in multiple times before the app will let me look at my account. And taking forever to update my info. It’s 2024 and TCB still doesn’t have a good mobile app.

The citizens bank has done me well for years and I sure do love the mobile deposit and being able to pull up my account is a wonderful suggestion by whom ever come up with this app thank you so much citizens bank
Awful
Keeps kicking me off and not letting me enter my password. I’ve had to change it multiple times just to be able to check my account balance. I’m ready to switch banks now…
Horrible
why does a bank have more access to my money than i do? constantly kicking me off my account and saying my password is incorrect. i’ve had this issue and changed my password at least 2-3 times in the past few months and i’m sick of constantly not being able to see my information without calling. horrible app and nothing has changed in the past year!! shutting down my account soon. :/
