Ridiculous

Having to pay for instant transfers with your own bank amongst within your own accounts is insane! This isn’t Cash App etc. matter of fact this just add to the list of reason I want to close my account and move banks!

Is the best employee you have at Taylor County Bank. She was wonderful to work with when we were building our new house . She was as easy to work with when we bought semi’s for our new company position we had taken over at FedEx and that company continues to keep growing and growing. We keep buying new trucks for it.
Laura thank you for everything you have done for us we appreciate you so very much and we will continue our business at Taylor County Bank as long as Laura is still there. Thank you for our forever banking needs.

Showing of balances

The way you have ur balances is set up wrong it just caused my account to go into the negative and I just shut a account and PNC down and never had that issue

To many companies policy's and not letting customer pick there own limits on withdrawals as soon as I came I will be switching banks.

Loan due date

On the old app every month a due date appears on the dashboard this app you have to look at each to decide what is due

Make an addition of a due date in small font under the header of each loan and Heloc
