Can’t get the app to open
It crashes everyone! I have deleted and tried again but each time it just crashes.
App never works
Does not capture my order history so no points accumulated. And my rewards never “process” when the cashier scans my account. Very frustrating.

I frequently have ordered and reader isn’t working! They finally got it fixed 21093
promises rewards but has yet to give me any
i have had two people download the app through referral links and i got nothing on top of that it says you get free purchase for downloading the app but i never received it and i even messaged the support and they said it would be in my account but it isnt.

Points card fraud
I have spent a few hundred dollars at the store over the last year or so and none of it seems to be on my card. I was told I have to load this app to get it(which this whole system of restruants having you load there app on your phone is ridiculous) I’ve loaded the app and it didn’t work. Emailed you and the answer back is we don’t do the points card even though at the store they still are swiping it. So someone is wrong. In my eyes on the verge of lying/stealing

The best for you!
I try to eat healthy but need a treat to help me stay on track. TCBY is my go to treat!
I also love how smooth it goes down. I add almonds so I get a crunchy addition to my yogurt.

App keeps crashing
App does not open and keeps crashing. Even when I delete and download again. Ugh so annoying. I set up the app and it kept crashing at the store so I need to submit my receipt manually to get points.
Cool treat on hot days.
Many nights after hot days we don’t want a heavy meal so we head to TCBY for a cooling treat. Yummy frozen yogurt with tasty toppings just fills the bill.
Doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time downloading this. It won’t load anything after you create your account. Hasn’t been updated for over three years. Obviously it should be removed from the App Store. Useless.
App not working for months!
Every time I try to open the TCBY app it immediately kicks me out, it’s been doing this for months, I can’t earn rewards or use rewards please fix!!

The app use to work, but for the past few YEARS it's been timing out right when you open it & automatically closes itself out.. I love TCBY but this is a shame, especially when literally EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT on the planet have workable apps today.. This shouldn't be happening w/ how dependant everything from the food industry to retail are on reliable technology, apps, & the social media realm... 🤷🏻♀️

I feel that the scale is incorrectly reading the weight of the ice cream we are being sheeted.

App isn’t working on an iPhone 11 Pro Max
App worked fine until I upgraded phone to an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have deleted this app, multiple times, reinstalled, and each time I open the app it immediately closes. WTH?
