I need to check my balance it alway say “UNAVAILABLE” and I wished when I spend something it’s RED but when it’s deposited it’s GREEN?!

Good app
The app is good, however I don’t understand why my balance is unavailable so often. Even on the website.
System down a lot during the day and on weekends!!! What gives???

Why unavailable???????
So numerous times I try to get my balance & it just says unavailable. Well how does that happen? You have my money, you should know. Not helpful at all when I need to know or balance my checkbook.

Good app. easy to navigate.
Suggested feature needed - Touch ID.
All my other banking and financial apps are Touch ID capable.
This is the only app that has yet to implement this valued feature...

Update Needed for ApplePay
All it's missing is ApplePay feature and to have an iPhone6 and + sizes for screen. Do that, and the extra 🌟 is yours!
Great app!
TCCU's mobile banking app is great! It's fast and easy to use. I also LOVE that I can use bill pay or Popmoney to pay people from my phone. Glad TCCU is keeping up with the "big boys" when it comes to services. Who needs a bank anyway?
