Benevolent intention, horrible audio

Thanks guys for taking the time to record all of these. But also, the audio quality is so useless that it defeats the entire purpose. It's like having a friend come to pick you up from an airport but it turns out he doesn't have a car either so you're both in need of pickup now. Great intention, but... now we're both here

Refund request

I subscribed for one month specifically to practice my speaking, but this feature doesn’t even exist in the app. There is a microphone icon, but whenever I tap on it, nothing happens it appears to be just an image and is not functional.

This has been very disappointing. The app advertises that it helps users develop all four language skills, but the speaking feature is unavailable, making that claim misleading.

Because the service I subscribed for is not actually available, I would like to request a full refund.

Unhappy about listening part

A huge amount of listening test test soundtracks are horrible quality which breaks the point of the app

It doesn’t work

I cant practice listening on this app. It doesn’t work i even bought the subscription but still the listening tests are not opening. Waste of money

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We have already identified this issue and submitted a new version of the app that fixes the listening problem. It is currently under review by Apple, and once approved, you’ll be able to update the app and access the listening tests normally. In the meantime, this issue may be related to certain Wi-Fi networks. You can try switching to mobile data or a different network, which should allow you to access the listening content without any issues. Must have for TCF

Okay I am gonna be very straight forward for someone looking to practice tcf listening and reading this app is gold. I was skeptical before paying for it lol. But its the same exact thing as reussir tcf for cheaper price. The only thing i didnt like is i think who ever made this app recorded some of the listenings poorly ( you could hear ppl talking in back ground and someone snoring while he recorded some of them) apart from that this app is way way better than reuusir tcf. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars. Must try Punjabio 😂

Not displaying of the answer is correct or incorrect

Once I click next in the listening practice, it stays in a loop of next questions and never got a result from my previous answers. Why?

Listening portion is problematic

For the listening portion, some audios are broken, texts don’t have the beginning or the end, translations for the longer paragraphs don’t make sense.
