Good app but poor communication with the support team

I’ve been trying to cancel my account but there’s nowhere on the app that lets you do it and every time you click the support it sends you to a massive list that really doesn’t have much info on it except email an account which you do and never get a reply from

Ai grading

Might be the worst ai grading tool I’ve ever used, cannot even remotely get grades right, waste of my free trial and I didn’t even spend any money 😂
