They could care less about helping you when someone doesn’t mail a card you bought through THEIR platform.

Not syncing to account
It does not sync your collection through the phone, with same same account, to their website online. The app is separate and it only stays on your phone. That is very irritating. And why can we not just add a whole set quickly and have to search every single card? Also they are not listed by set number which makes it very difficult.

Cool
This app is cool, what would be cooler if the collections could be sorted into Pokédex order. The scanning is ok, does need improvement especially shiny/foil cards. And it was used as shining the light away from the camera too…
Terrible app
Not user friendly whatsoever, constantly pops up with error messages, can’t even handle multiple filters without giving the “hmmm that’s not right” screen… it also automatically signs you out in the middle of browsing, can’t even copy and paste my email to save time when i have to sign in 100 times constantly… It’s just overall a mess. Whoever is in charge of the app (who I assume is 50+ yrs old) needs to be fired immediately so they can have someone who knows what they are doing come fix the mistakes. Definitely looking for alternatives as this app/company as a whole is just not it. I will reliably use them in the future if they completely revamp their “app” which is just a glorified web browser as stated in another review.

Good app, scanner needs improvement
Overall I enjoy the app but it the scan feature doesn’t seem to recognize holo’s and reverse holo’s which leaves me manually typing in every card.
Love it.
Best universal card value checker. My local card store uses this app to check values.

I enjoy the way it works, but there are a few things that could be tweaked
Could have options to further filter when searching for cards to fill a deck.
