Every single time you need to use the Mo you have to login with a code. You can’t just turn the volume up and down without stopping everything and logging in with a code. When you ask for support, they tell you to check your phone’s battery and even with 100% phone battery and four bars you still. Have to reconnect very disappointed.

I was mislead into thinking my subscription was canceled. This app has too many ads and I thought I canceled my subscription immediately, but am still trying to be charged for it. 10 freaking bucks. And I cannot find ANYWHERE any contact information so I may get this charge canceled! Customer support anywhere? Hello?

The app immediately tells you to rate it, and you have to pay a subscription for a TV REMOTE, if you don’t have a remote just buy one or if you lost yours just buy another one, this just feels like a scam.

Thats $40 a month. Just to have to use a remote on your phone. That's higher then any streaming service. What a greedy corporate tactic. Instantly uninstalled. It should be free since I already payed for the tv.
