What a scam
Why would you charge a subscription fee for a remote. Truly shameful.
Better than most but still bad
At least they give you a 3 day trial so you can actually try it out . Most of these remote apps show an add every 3 seconds. Remote function works ok. But it disconnects when the screen times out. Usable, but barely.

My 9 year daughter installed this through my phone and I didn’t realize until later and than they done charge me 8 times in three months at 11 each time and want even refund it and customer service sucks should be in fair and even if it’s 9.99 a month how come was charge multiple times each month makes no since

Phone and tv are on the same network like the app said and it wouldn’t connect…deleted app
Impossible
Every single time you need to use the Mo you have to login with a code. You can’t just turn the volume up and down without stopping everything and logging in with a code. When you ask for support, they tell you to check your phone’s battery and even with 100% phone battery and four bars you still. Have to reconnect very disappointed.

I was mislead into thinking my subscription was canceled. This app has too many ads and I thought I canceled my subscription immediately, but am still trying to be charged for it. 10 freaking bucks. And I cannot find ANYWHERE any contact information so I may get this charge canceled! Customer support anywhere? Hello?

They continuously say they are going to improve the app with less ads. It’s been more than a month??? Terrible app. Wouldn’t recommend if patience and money is your worst enemy.
