Excessive ads
The free version of this app is completely useless. Does it work? Sure, so long as you can deal with an ad every 5-10 button presses. I’d pay for the app, I get it, people gotta get paid for their work, but $49.99 for lifetime ad removal? Also, the monthly options to remove ads? Heck no! I will not pay a subscription fee to control my television. Folks, If you need to replace the remote for your TCL TV, just go on Amazon and buy a replacement for $20.

Absolutely ridiculous amount of ads that you have to x out of in order to use remote. Just dumb.
Pop ups what?
Lost the tv remote so thought I would get one on my phone so I don’t have to get up when holding children. Well the first one had a subscription (not this one) so I thought this app would be promising. Wrong. It finds my tv then wants me to download a Roku remote which my tv is not a Roku tv it’s google. And nothing happens when I try to use it. So it’s just another waste of time.

This has to be a bad joke
I see a lot of fake reviews on here. Probably cause no one uses this app. After all I have to go through an add every 20 seconds of using it. I’ve never seen anything so frustrating in my life. I’m literally gonna buy a new remote online and will have to suffer this annoyance for now.
