Merch preorders not clear
Please fix not intuitive and/or doesn’t work
Information incorrect
The website say parking with ticks an be purchased thru the app, but there is nothing about how to purchase a parking ticket in the app.

Had a quick view of option to not sell user information but missed the brief window and scrolling pages of legalese to try and find it again.
Can’t actually buy merch which is the only reason I got the app.
Not user friendly or intuitive.
Search bar doesn’t pull up any relevant options for my questions.
Faqs don’t answer any of my questions

Doesn’t work at all. Super glitchy.
As a premium member, I’m frustrated. This is the only way to get into the arena and the app simply doesn’t work. If you can even login to it, the add to apple wallet feature doesn’t work for tickets or parking passes. We have spent over 20 minutes going in and out of the building at our gate trying to get service to get the app to work when we arrive as there is no way to add them to wallet ahead of time. It simply doesn’t work.
