Error message
I installed this app on my phone but I’m getting an error message each time I enter my email address. Why?
Login Pin info
When you login to your TD jakes account on a computer to purchase content you can access your PIN here. Go to my account and contact info with your name etc etc . At the bottom you will see pin filled in and greets our. That’s the pin needed to access this app.

Getting “Error” message
I keep getting an “Error” message whenever I try to sign in with an email which I didn’t know you needed an email. There isn’t even an option to create an account so I can get past this screen.
No account
Not working! Do I need some kind of subscription? My email does not let me in. I keep getting an error message. I am a huge fan of T.D. Jakes! I would love to watch him on my tv instead of my phone!

I was so excited when I realised that I could catch up on some of plaster Jakes old sermons, or even join in live through this app...
But boy, what surprise to find a big barrier to entry right there are the very beginning... on the first first page of the app.
Though Shalt not Pass without giving up your identity and privacy.... seems to be the message.
It is a great pity, I have not been able to overcome the need to give up my identity and privacy as a prerequisite to getting past the very first page of this app.

This is the worst, Don’t Download!!!
I can’t get pass the email page, which is the the first page. The only other thing on the page is the help and it is not helpful. My true rating for this app is ZERO! Please remove as an option.

I keep getting an error message for my email over and over and I’m keying in the proper address. I’d like to continue with this app but the problem needs to be fixed. Not a good first impression 😒😒😒
