Ticketmaster shows my tickets and forces me to go to the TD place app and the tickets are not there. Where are they????

Forced to use this app and my tickets disappeared on the TDplace + Lansdowne App. Now I have to call customer service. Tickets still shown on ticket master…
Can’t access my ticket on app
Ticketmaster forced me to use this partner app to download ticket, only thing is it won’t transfer to app and I now have a ticket I can’t use as Ticketmaster won’t let me directly download from them. Why why are we forced to use yet another app.
Where are my tickets?
Ticketmaster says I need to use the TD place app to see my Blackjack tickets but they don’t exist in the App. Why complicate things by forcing yet another app on us?
Missing ticket
App won’t show ticket that I can see on the website. I’m running latest iOS and rebooted my phone.
Isn’t Google Friendly
Tried to add the Atletico games to my Google Calendar and Google says the app doesn’t meet their safety standards. Please fix!
Easy and fast info
Super easy to use and offers all game day info for all TD Place home teams. Love it!
