Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry you got stuck at that step. We'd have loved the chance to figure out what went wrong. It's possible there was a temporary connectivity hiccup or a snag on the government's submission system. If it happens again, please reach out through the feedback and suggestions button so we can look into it directly. This app is designed for frequent travelers and larger groups, letting you save traveler details once and quickly reuse them for repeat arrival cards, rather than re-entering everything each time.
