TDI本体と接続できないとなんの操作（アプリの設定とか）もできない仕様を改善してほしい
車にTDIを取り付けして使い始めたばかりですが、とりあえず見つかったイマイチポイントを書きます。
・アイコン画像を変えてもすぐには変わらず、しばらくして忘れた頃に変わる（規則性がわからない）
・TDI tuningシステムをオフにした際、「TURNING SYSTEM OFF」（ターニングシステムオフ）と表示されるが、tuningの間違いですか？
・右上のアイコンは本体の表示ランプを消すボタンだが、これで消してしまうと設定を変更してもエンジンを始動しても本体LEDは何も光らなくなるため故障したのかと勘違いしてしまう（仕様だとすれば仕方ないが、、、）
・遅延タイマーは毎回アプリから操作しないと作動しない（暖機運転などのために使うらしいが、毎回毎回アプリからタイマー作動させるのは非常に面倒だし忘れてしまうのでは）
など、少し使っただけですが、あれ？というポイントが出てきました。
たかが1ユーザーの意見ではございますが、改善の材料にでもなれば幸いです。

wont connect to any phone
was working on my iphone, had new upgrade iphone installed app wont connect wont give option to enter bluetooth code and no help from tdi tuning themselves and no app update now for over a year looks like more money making shenanigans from tdi tuning from existing customer

Great box and really works but getting it connected when you upgrade your phone is a nightmare, come on TDI get it sorted!!
It use to connect easiest on last phone iPhone 13 max
Now a new phone and no way of connection on the iPhone 14 max

Used to work now it dosen't, I bought it ford transit custom what ever setting you are on it does not change the drive waste of money
Bluetooth connectivity
Its not connecting at all, whats the point of paying extra for bluetooth when you can't even connect it. Rubbish quality. Very disappointed

If you want to lose fuel, save money by not buying this and just hammer a hole into your tank.

iPhone13pro maxで接続できません
iPhone11pro max(IOS15.0.2)では問題なくBT接続できていましたが、iPhone13(同じOS)でアプリ上のペアリングがうまくいきませんでした。(コントロール画面に遷移しない)
横向き画面に対応してもらえると
iPadを普段車では横向きで使っているが、アプリは縦向きのみの様子。

Bluetooth intermittent
It used to connect. Now it doesn’t. Connectivity has always been intermittent at best. Don’t get me wrong, it’s easy enough to open the bonnet and press the button to change settings but that’s not the point. It’s an expensive item that in truth will never pay for itself but one would expect it to be fully functional.

Does exactly what it needs to do, allows you to fully control your tuning box.

No contact no service
Trying to resolve my issue with connectivity of the app and my tuning box. No chance. TDI obviously incapable of solving and customer contact is zero. Been chasing them for weeks and still issues still not resolved. Happy for you to pay them though lol. Bad service!

Can’t fault the app or product! Very easy install and connection to the tuning system.
Issues resolved
After some issues with connectivity the team at tdi tuning replaced my tuning box and all appears to be working as it should now.
