Not Reliable & Not Updated Regularly
It works for a bit and then stops. I don’t receive calls and can’t make calls. I have to delete the app, redownload it and it will work again for a bit before it stops. Plus, it’s been 2 years since the last update. TDS obviously doesn’t care. Sad!
Literally the worst app I have ever experienced
Do you love having to uninstall / reinstall apps 3-5 times over an 8 hour period every day? Well the. Boy do I have the app for you… STAY AWAY.

This app, when first released was almost perfect. An absolute genius creation to compliment our business managedip phone system and was a great asset. Since this update, it is now basically useless. I can no longer see my contacts we had to re-enter when moved from the toolbar, can no longer chat or see our chat rooms with office personnel, nor change settings for remote office, and other helpful setting features. What was the thought process here?!
I have never done a review before, but can’t help myself in this instant. Please restore to previous version with all functionality or get rid of it and save your money TDS.

Contacts Don’t Appear in a List in the Directory
Our company contacts do not appear as a list in my directory on the app which is on my iPhone. I have to search for each individual contact by name and then the contact doesn’t remain as part of a list in the directory. This is useless for me when I need to transfer call to a co-worker. The list of contacts do appear on a co-worker‘s mobile phone which happens to be an Android phone. His Android phone also has a Chat icon and a My Room feature that does not appear on my iPhone.
