Not user friendly. Locked out multiple times. Will not recognize Ans
Y identifying information and no tech support. Makes you call the number and they are on,y available Monday through Friday. Attempted to just see my freaking Balance in my account and can’t access the app. The website for our benefits does not list balances ans statements……available in the app.

Zero stars!
Unable to use app. Every time you try to use it a pop up comes on the screen saying to make sure you are using the updated version. You click on update and there is no update. You click open and when you try to log in it says there is something wrong with server.
Unusable
New user. Downloaded the newest update version and it still says to check download. Unusable until bug fixed.
No longer can access
This was working fine the past year but now every time I try to use it, it says I need to update to latest version. I have that when I go to App Store so I don’t understand what the problem is. Useless right now.

This app is completely useless. Every time I try to log in it tells me I need the latest version. I have the latest version! But every time, I waste my time and go to the App Store just to make sure. I’ll open the app, which is current, from the App Store only to get the same error message once again!!! Nice job TDS!
