I do think this is brilliant, however I believe that the timings are unreasonable. 6 am is too early, and children cannot have tea during school at least in my case which is rather inconvenient, so I believe children should only be expected to do the morning and evening alarms. I think that the morning alarm should be at 7:00, 12 hours difference from the evening one.
