Way too expensive. We’re teachers who are already paying out of pocket for so many things. Please consider creating a free version.

No worries if you find it too expensive but do you really have to rate it low because of that? I am an independent developer, not selling ads or user data, like Google and other large companies. There are many costs associated with developing and maintaining an app, so it cannot be free.

Troubles

I have an active subscription, but all attendances and grades appears in grey color. I can’t do anything in the app; everything it’s gray. I’m logged in, and I have my subscription active.

Hector, I responded to your email on how you can tap the color/greyscale button to change the color scheme. I believe you accidentally hit the button and that is why everything is in grey. You can easily change it back. I'm waiting to hear back from you have managed to get things back to how you wanted. Please email back if you still have any problems.

Best teaching app

I got this app because i need to exceeding charge, but I never knew that this app existed. I never knew an app for seating charts even existed until I found this app. This app can easily make me make my seating charts very easily with my apple pen by just moving the blocks, this is the best app ever. Very easy to use and makes everything so organized I definitely recommend. Thank you to this app!

Steep learning curve; totally worth it!

I want to set expectations, this app is a bit to get used to at first. But that’s only because it does so much, and is so powerful!

The best part is the app developer is very responsive, and will answer any issue you have. I’ve been a user for four years now (before the cloud app was available).

Must Have for Specialists!

This app is a dream come true! My only regret is not downloading it sooner. It does everything that I need it to do and so much more! It is so great to have my seating charts and grades available on multiple devices. As an elementary specialist with approximately 700 students, this app is an absolute lifesaver! On top of all of the amazing features the app has, the developer is very responsive to feedback and suggestions. I’m so glad I found this app!!

Suggestion

Great application. Suggestion, add the ability to add a PDF or photo to the assignment(s). For example, student got an 85 on assignment or test. Attached is a copy of the test or assignment. They can see what was wrong, it can be recalled and sent if needed. iPhones all have scanners built in, making it easy to do on the fly.

Unfortunately, adding the option to add PDF/ photos for students requires a significant size of online storage and associated costs which is much more difficult to manage on a per user basis. Amazing Tool for Teaching

I don’t know what I would do without this app! I teach over 300 students and can now keep track of everything in one place.

Some of my favorite features are having two different seating charts, adding quick notes for students, adding notes to attendance, printing class lists for substitutes, and keeping track of all assignments and grades. Also having the ability to modify many of the features is key to my classroom management.

I no longer dread report cards. All I have to do it tap on my students’ names and everything I need is at my fingertips!

If you haven’t checked out ClassPlanner2 and RubricScorer2, I highly recommend them. They work seamlessly with this app.
