Has worked well the last 14 months but now notifications aren’t always coming through. This issue has only started happening in the last few weeks. Both my wife & I have these issues with our separate phones
Update (11/11/24)….. just had to delete app and reset password as it wouldn’t let me log on. A Monday morning and just dropped kid off to creche. If I hadn’t checked App myself I would have received no updates all day about my child…..

Rubbish
This app is a nightmare for parents. Totally disorganised, poor navigation, features & guidance.
Lacks intuition
I have been using this app as a parent for around 18 months. It is not intuitive at all. For example, you would think filling out an ‘accident at home’ form would involve going into the ‘accident’ tab…..but it’s somewhere else entirely for parents the website is also unhelpful. Instead of having a ‘how to section’ you have to watch a 4 minute video instead.
