Designed by an employer for employers to help keep employees safe limit liabilities in a proactive way. How does it work? 1. Employer sets up an account online at teamconfirm.com 2. Employer sets up employee groups. 3. For each employee group the employer sets up when a custom message is sent out with custom responses and how often a reminder is made to help make sure employees report in on various conditions and situations. 4. Employer sets up who gets notified if someone reports particular answers. 5. Team leads/other managerial employees download the app 6. Employer code is then shared with those employees. 7. Each work day the employees are sent the custom message. Each response is loaded into the employer’s database along with any notes. 8. If an employee on a team responds to their manager with a trigger response, it sends out a notification right away to the designated person(s) so they can take action! 9.
