I can’t even login to reset my password

There is no email login Next button… I can’t even stroll up without the keyboard getting in the way to click on reset password… Please make an update that you can stroll up to click reset password with the keyboard getting in the way all of the time…

I can’t log in!

Whats going on with my Halo headphones?!!!

After a year of the headphones tucked away, I got em out and it seems like they can’t hold a charge, and I only received them (after returning my original purchase because they themselves couldn’t hold a charge) in April or March of 2020! Is the battery life that bad? Remember, I didn’t even use them for a year.
But the worst thing is that I can’t even log in to contact TEAM HALO. I input my email, then my password, and it won’t load. And when I click the reset password button nothing happens. There is no next step, no email to reset my password.
