Team Play is a Team Performance and Appraisal App and web dashboard designed to track productivity of a team, multiple teams, or departments. The EASY to use Emocon and Award based app provides traceable, graphically represented feedback to apply to annual or semi-annual reviews. With Team Play, annual reviews are actually annual reviews, not personal assessments of what a manager remembers and feels at the time of the review.
