Emails won’t show up
I received a TeamBot email from the coach in my Outlook inbox. The app shows I have 1 new email but when I click to the email section the email is not there. It doesn’t show up in the app or the TeamBot website. The only place it shows up is in my Outlook inbox. Very frustrating.
Glitchy
When it works, it’s fine. I have to keep removing the app and reinstalling because it won’t log me in even though the password is correct. Frustrating. Especially when your team has a tournament and you are checking the app for game times and locations multiple times and have to reinstall to gain access.

Not receiving chat messages
Since updating the app, I am no longer receiving any messages in the chat. We showed up to a game that was canceled due to not receiving the message. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing changed.
New update
With the new update to TeamBot you can no longer open the event to see who is attending each event. It is always nice to see who is attending and who is not.
Notification Won’t Go Away
There is a “1” notification since the update, that will not go away no matter what I do. I have gone through each individual message on both the app and the website to make sure I haven’t missed anything. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it also. The notification is still there and it’s very frustrating.

That is frustrating. I personally like to make sure my app icons are free of the red alert icons. We will dig into this and have it resolved this week. Thanks for letting us know!
New Update Is Terrible
Can no longer view the team roster or see who is coming to the games. Also will not keep me logged in. Please fix so the app has the same features it did previously.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! We have added the roster feature - go to Teams under the More menu to see your players and team rosters. We've also added an expand button on events that shows the invitees and what their status is. Hope that helps! Keep the feedback coming!
