Multi-page receipts and PDFs - Attach as many photos as your receipt needs. Long restaurant tabs, hotel folios, and multi-page supplier statements all work now. - New Attach PDF button opens the iPhone Files picker (iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, etc.) so emailed receipts and PDF invoices attach directly with no need to screenshot them first. - PDF preview before attaching lets you confirm or pick a different file. Receipt inbox improvements - Multi-page and PDF support in the inbox too. - Notes now called Description, with quick-tap options (Fuel, Materials, iCloud, etc.). - Inbox receipts stay in your inbox until you actually submit the transaction, so you can pick one and back out safely. - Description auto-fills from your inbox notes when you attach one. Photos library - Snapping a receipt photo now automatically saves a copy to your Photos library. Job Phase support - New Phase field appears after picking a job. Auto-fills to Phase 1, tap to pick a different phase if the job has change orders or other adjustments. Smarter submit - Blocks submit if the job dropdown is still open, so no more accidental raw-text job entries. - Update-required screen redirects straight to the App Store when a new version ships.
