I recently completed a race here and it was probably my my best yet. It is so easy to book a session and the get10 and three4two AND race again vouchers really change the price of things to make it more affordable. ALL the staff are nice tracks are brilliant but I’m just wondering why it keeps on saying TeamSport Cambuslang at the top of my screen. Overall brilliant app🥳

All previous races/results not visible and doesn’t record any others. Contacted them however they were no help at all. Used to work fine until last year.
Can’t log in for Eastleigh

Works on iOS but not iPadOS. Keep saying server error. Rubbish.

Great idea - but issues
Since update 6 days ago, can’t login due to server error.
Poor booking process
The booking process is not optimised for iPhone 14 Pro screen size. The UI hides the co firm button below the page limit so you cannot proceed.
There is not capacity to reclaim a credit on the account. I had a £74 credit but have to pay 100% of the new booking.
In the end you have to input card details, in this day and age why not just implement Apple Pay?

Useless
Terrible app! Doesn’t move on from loading status…
Won’t even let me onto the app
When I go onto the app and click on the new customer button it starts to load then it keeps loading and just never stops and I have been waiting to get on for 2 months

Error connecting to servers every time.
Needs fixing
Cannot book any experiences due to the layout of the screen. The book button is located off of the screen and only visible upon swiping up/down but then the book button slides back off of the screen
Landscape mode not working. Can't book using iOS app
A) Landscape mode doesn't work, it rotates briefly then returns to portrait.
B) You can't book sessions using the app. The grey bar with 'done' covers the red button at the bottom of the screen so it's not possible to progress further in the iOS app.

Great when it works
Been using the app since October 2023, when my lad started karting, features like live race and driver display are great when he’s out on track, so you can keep track of lap times and positioning. However, these features have not been working since before Christmas at the Nottingham track, so having to rely on emails at the end of the session for the lap times
