Can’t login

I’ve created an account. I’ve gotten the email telling me that my account is made. The system automatically says, Invalid Name/Password. So I reset my password, same thing. I try to use the chat help option and nothing. This is a shame cause I was really looking forward to being able to enjoy my teamster discounts.
