Just says oops login laters for the past couple days when i try logging in my account.

I paid and now I can’t log in, nor reset password and there is no customer support

My account is no longer recognised on the App, however it still works on the website.

Teamstuff fails in every way
I’ve been invited and signed up after four different invitations that failed . You tap on the calendar to sign up for event and it just says you have nothing on the schedule. There is nothing where you can sign up! can’t even sign up! So I went through the website and was able to stumble my way around that to sign up- but now can not even do that. Horrible horrible app! I use iPhone and every step of the way this app stinks. Trying to get the group to change it to Band or any other app in the universe.

Brilliant app. Use it for the kids football and literally wouldn’t be without it.
Used to be great
I used this app for several years without any issue. I too a couple years off coaching and when I started up again this year I automatically went to Teamstuff. Notifications don’t send, so the team isn’t made aware of any changes to schedule or plans. There is absolutely no customer service or support now either. Look for another alternative to this app!

No longer supported
On their own feedback site there are multiple requests to fix major bugs that are going unanswered. The notification system is broken which renders the app and web page virtually unusable. Many teams are now moving to other better supported apps I now have to send emails to team members with reminders etc

Push notifications just don’t work
Even though I have gone through the settings I receive absolutely no push notifications

Crashing on iPad and iPhone - not reliable for serious team management
The app was ok and worked well, but recently it has had reliability issues - it crashes!
It is good at communicating with your team members and the parents, and tracking who is attending. It no use whatsoever at managing resources and responsibilities to run multiple teams, for example allocating refs and linesmen (sorry - lines person).

Don’t install this app or buy the pro version.
Waste of time, clearly the developers put it out there, didn’t care about it and only want to make money from it. Works 10% of the time if that
Teamsnap is better
I get notifications WAY too late, i cannot believe that this hasn't been sorted out yet. I is expect that i will be showing up to cancelled games at the rate this app notifies. I’ve been using this for a few days, and am disappointed af. My coach will be switching to teamsnap. Please make the app better or else you guys will go bankrupt, which wouldn’t be that bad to be honest.

Easy to use and built in directions to ovals etc. Ads are annoying in the free version, but great app
Won’t even start...
I had previously given the app 1 star because it constantly crashed. However those issues have all been resolved. Been using it for months with no issues. It’s a very useful app for organising teams, players, schedules and communicating the information. Not sure what else the pro features have. I use the free version and it’s perfectly fine.

Terrible
If you are still using this app, you are stuck in 2016. There are so many free apps that are better. Teamstuff crashes all the time on iOS. It makes you pay for features, such as group messaging. Additionally, customer service is lacking. Why in the world would anyone choose to use this app when there are more reliable and free team management apps out there?

Unusuable
Downloaded it and it was working fine for about a week and now when I try and open the app it auto closes every time. Reinstalled and same problem and turned my phone off then on and it still persists on not opening
