Really dislike the updated version. Have just reverted back to original
Terrible
The new upgrade is terrible. So much harder to use. Can’t see the waiting list without attempting to booking on. Missed out on two classes this week as thought I joined but this version have to say yes twice apparently. Go back to the old version please!

Annoying banner
Additional of banner to promote new app is really annoying and can’t be turned off. New app sounds like a massive downgrade based on reviews so I’ll stick with an app that keeps me logged in and is easy to read and navigate

This is not an update… the new app is horrible to use, horrible to navigate and keeps logging me out! In the days of fewer clicks is best, it is now 3-4 clicks more to do anything! Bring back the old App!
Remove the banner
I don’t want to use the new app. It’s awful.
Please remove the banner ad from this app as it is taking up room on the booking screen. Or at least give me the option to dismiss it.

Did they sack all the UX staff?
Used to be good but new version is rubbish. If they think they’ve improved it, then they must be going mad! The old app was clear and user friendly. New one is really hard to navigate. It’s hard to see days of the week or what classes you’ve booked. Rubbish!
API integration to calendars
It would be helpful if the developers can have an open API into standard calendars. When booking a session as a customer It would be nice to have that appointment integrated into my phone calendar, google mail or yahoo mail or outlook rather than having to rely on the app solemnly and to having cut and paste appointments.

Awful app
It’s an awful app. I can’t see any of my personal details to update them. What do I do when I need to update ?

So many bugs
I’ve never written an app review but there are so many issues.
- when you download the app there’s no options to create an account
- trying to book a slot captcha form doesn’t load
- so many infinite loops if you’re not in a happy path

Won’t allow multiple memberships.
I joined a Bristol Pilates class but have since moved to a Devon Pilates class that uses TeamUp for their booking. The App doesn’t have an obvious way to switch to the new class, and relogs me into my old class.

As a gym manager the addition of an app is a welcome sight but that said there are many limitations.
Members feedback has been a frustration at not seeing in app how many sessions they have left. Perhaps when booking a class this could give them a notification to let them know.
The shop function on the website is also a feature the app could stand to implement to allow a more streamlined experience for users.
Finally the membership upgrade and downgrade from the website, again is a heavily requested feature with members. Allowing control of membership options, if for example they are away on holiday or unable to attend as frequently one month would greatly help.
Currently many purchase a second membership instead of down/upgrading which adds unnecessary admin for us as we need to cancel and refund. If this was easily implemented in app this could remove this problem.

No Apple Pay Functionality
You can’t pay for classes using Apple Pay, so you have to enter your card details manually.

It takes your money and you can’t cancel it in the app
There is no way of cancelling your membership on the app. The only way to do it is to ask the people running the class and in my case they are useless. They have control and you have no control. This is not the way it should be. It’s Credit card authorisation. Very difficult to cancel. I would prefer to have the control and cancel it myself. Why isn’t this a feature?

Push notification wont turn on
Push notifications wont turn on even after my device setting has been turned on. There is no update available for this app also.
Terrible UI/UX
What a terrible app even from the start, it makes it so hard to find how to sign in.
Account problem.
No way of cancelling payment card and registering a new card. Had original card stolen. So had to use a new card. Even though there is an option to “save these details for future payments” it will not save new card details, card number etc has to be entered every time.
Can’t Use
Tried to make an account. Keep getting error message “Invalid password.” It doesn’t tell me how many characters, numbers, or special characters that are needed or not. I tried 6 different passwords without success.
If the setup should specify what is needed for a good password. Very disappointed.

Missing calendar integration
Does the basics well, but it isn’t possible to add booked classes to my iOS calendar, which is annoying as I have to do that manually.
