FEATURES AND CHANGES • Roles Introducing Roles, a new way to keep communication aligned with responsibilities. Take on a Role such as Shift Leader, Dispatcher, or Operations Lead, and your current Role will be visible in all your chat messages. Teamwire automatically keeps your inbox up to date by adding you to conversations linked to your active Roles and removing you when those Roles change. Whether you're working shifts, rotating responsibilities, or joining temporary teams, Roles ensure you're always in the right conversations at the right time. Note: Roles are available only if enabled by your organization's administrator. • Enhanced audio message experience We've completely refreshed the audio message experience to make it more intuitive, informative, and visually appealing. Audio messages now use Teamwire's new branding colors and feature a modern waveform visualization, replacing the previous progress line. During playback, you can also see both the current playback position and the total duration of the recording at a glance. In addition, audio messages now support adjustable playback speeds. Tap the Speed button to switch between 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, and 2x playback. While faster speeds help you save time, the new 0.5x option makes it easier to carefully review important or critical information when every detail matters. • Show or hide your password Logging in is now easier and more convenient. A new Show Password button has been added to the login and registration screens, allowing you to toggle the visibility of your password while typing. This helps reduce typing errors and makes it easier to verify your credentials before signing in. • More accurate search results We've improved the search behavior across all screens that use tabs, including the Directory, Chat Members, Forward Message, and Add Members screens. Search results are now filtered according to the selected tab. For example, when searching within the Roles tab, only Roles will be displayed. Likewise, when adding members to a chat and searching within the Bots tab, only Bots will appear in the results. This makes searches more predictable, reduces clutter, and helps you find the right people, circles, roles, or bots more quickly. • Redesigned link previews We've refreshed the appearance of link previews to better match Teamwire's new visual identity. Link previews are now fully integrated into the message bubble, creating a cleaner and more cohesive conversation experience. The updated design uses our latest branding colors and styling, making shared links easier to read while feeling like a natural part of the conversation. • Refreshed attachment design We've updated the appearance of attachment messages to create a more consistent and modern chat experience. Attachment bubbles now follow Teamwire's latest branding and color palette, aligning them visually with regular message bubbles. We've also redesigned the file type placeholders, making attachments easier to recognize at a glance. As before, the most common file types continue to use dedicated icons and placeholders, helping you quickly identify the content being shared. • Updated Omnissa Workspace ONE SDK (formerly VMware) to version 26.03.0 A lot more subtle updates for a more reliable and pleasant experience Teamwire.
