Terrible Tool

Glitchy, difficult to use with dated UI. No back button so anytime you click on to a new tab, you have to back to the main menu to navigate back to the previous tab. A high schooler could code a better app.

Four Seasons Employee

Employees can't see the weekly schedule as a grid.
To see each day, you have to do an excessive amount of clicking. App is clunky.

Worst scheduling app I’ve ever used.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The app logs me out, it’s very counterintuitive to try accepting a shift swap request or a released shift. Feels like a webpage stuck in the early 2000s, not remotely close to an app. I don’t know why my employer chose it, even my scheduling manager is frustrated with it. And today there is a server error with employee access so I can’t even open the app to view the schedule.

Issues

I’m unable to see my schedule on the “my schedule” area which then doesn’t allow me to pickup/ release any shifts, very very inconvenient.

Trying to request off made difficult, not allowing multiple days in one request is very inconvenient as well.

Not great

We recently got this app for work and least I can say it’s not great. Schedules disappear as soon as there is an update made, you don’t get notifications when shifts are added or removed etc… not user friendly. Boggles my mind that my place of work picked this app rather than other that are better performing

cant navigate throught this application because it just lags. cant check my department schedule because when the screen freezes

Uh just so you guys know.. the front of your app looks like a swatstika.. like a lot lol. It’s what all my friends thought when I showed them. You might want to change it…

This app is awful and setting my availability is useless. I got to submit each day individually? take a page out of hot schedules book and fix this crappy app

Unintuitive app, can’t even request shift swap

What is the point of a scheduling app that only gives you the option to request shift swaps for the same day? I should like to see what available swaps I can request for the whole week please.

Hello, when you install the app and start it for the first time you will be asked: "Teamwork OnTrack" Would Like to Send You Notifications. Please tap on the "Allow" button. After that please use your email/password to login into the app and pick a menu item like Department Schedule/Daily Schedule. At this point you should be able to receive notifications. Hope this helps.

Inferior and amateur product from an employee perspective

My team went from printed paper schedules to using HotSchedules about three years ago. Our communication regarding scheduling became simple, direct and most of all WAY MORE EFFICIENT. Anytime we had an issue it was addressed and maintenance related down times on the HS servers were always communicated ahead of time.
My company is now working with Heath and has decided to drop HotSchedules and use this system instead. Since the switch I have had and heard of others having request issues, application access issues, communication issues…
And the basic availability of info on this app is so limited that it is more functional to just use a printed paper schedule and not bother with this.
If you want to make scheduling simpler and communication more efficient go with HotSchedules.

Amazing

I use this app all the time to request days off and check my schedule. Super useful. Gone are the days of a rule in outlook auto-forwarding my schedule emails.
