How to fix license expiry shown in login screen. I reset again but unsuccessful .
Some notices keep disappearing all of a sudden
Some school notices disappear for no reason, even before the deadline of submission. This made me falsely accused of “victim mentality”. FIX NOW!!!

iphone及ipad用戶不能轉發PDF file
不能將PDF file轉發至其他應用程式使用（包括以電郵轉發PDF file），以前是可以的。
用唔到下載檔案
之前開咗檔案，可以下載檔案列印。現在不能使用！請盡快處理！

The PDF file attached in the message box cannot send out to the other app (e.g. whatsapp) after update the latest version. Please fix the problem.

I try to open it on iPad but it never opens it opened just 15-18 times a month I needed to do my hw on another device by links.
Cannot login and will auto logout in our other device
When I install in iPad, it said login ID and password incorrect. Then , I checked iPhone for the logged in teamwork and find already logged out. Finally, cannot login again for all device

Can’t rotate. Not full screen. Can’t split the screen in new iPad os.
